Elkollection : a series of compilations featuring some unreleased works from the artists signed at Blackelk Recordings. On this third one, everything’s there. A cover that touts the ability southern France has to get you sitting down with a drink watching pink flamingos. A mediterranean dreamy intro by Le Med, efficient as usual. Then, Dajaz‘s beat to take you to your car and drive to… whatever. Some heavy ghetto-geek-scratch beat talk in the backseat with Famelik and MLp. Then, a track we’re really glad to finally hear released : Jean du Voyage‘s uplifting « Nickillah! »,  known to have been used in an obscure DMC France routine where the guys were dressed in fluo while scratching and… let’s skip on that for now. The Californian producer Spores says that we’ve been driving halfway and we might also be around LA right now. TommorowKings he says. Damn, ok. Let’s grab a damn fine coffee and do the job while we’re in town. Things get messy. Duff Ill drops a fat Hollywood beat. Still drivint. Time to live this gypsy/american/dream now. An unexpected light beat by UM and Groundboy starts. It’s called… unexpected. Well, you’re right, it’s already daytime now : Hentitan‘s morning beat Sunlight sets the mood, followed by Killacam‘s slow jazzy beat telling us to take our time. Barry me : 4:12. Time for a smoke. Last words by Nolive and Reimo? Bang. Imma have it!
